Generally, buyers cover the shipping costs.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout, and it’s automatically added to the total payment for the order.
When a buyer makes a payment for an item, that payment will initially appear as ‘Pending’ in the seller’s Inventory.
Our payment service provider holds this amount temporarily until the order reaches completion.
Your earnings can be accessed only after the order full-fills completion criteria. This completion occurs following the item’s delivery, namely:
- When the buyer confirms "Everything’s OK".
- If no issues are reported by the buyer within 2 days.
- In case an issue arises within the 2-day period, after resolving the matter.
We'll transfer your earnings to your Wallet within 2 working days after the successful closure of your order.

How can I make a refund?
1. Log in to your profile and go to the "Orders" history.
2. Select the order for which to make a return.
3. If you are still in the 48-hour window for the return policy, select "Return Procedure".
4. Fill out the form with all fields complete
a. Item
b. Notes
c. Attached photos
5. You will be contacted by one of our operators for more information.
6. In case the Seller does not accept the return request, a case will be opened with ShieldX support.

The fees include:
4.25% of your item's price (excluding taxes and shipping, as agreed upon between you and the seller).
